“Behold, I am going to make Jerusalem
a cup that causes reeling to all the peoples around; and when the siege is
against Jerusalem, it will also be against Judah. It will come about in that
day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift
it will be severely injured, And all the nations of the earth will be gathered
against it”
(Zechariah 12:2-3).

Gang: As you saw in previous blog (Oct
20) in points one through six, there were very profound differences between how
Israel is treated and how the rest of the world is treated. In points seven through ten we find the beat
goes on and, in many ways, intensifies as we get closer to God saying, enough!
Point
Six: Israel is the only country in the
world with a separate – and permanent – agenda item, #7, at the Geneva-based UN
Human Rights Council – basically all members are Arab Nations. No other member state, including serial human
rights violators like North Korea, Syria, Iran and Sudan gets its own agenda
item. In a recent meeting of the agency,
Israel was brought before the tribunal for twenty such violations of human
rights, Syria one and North Korea, a constant violator, none.
Point
Seven: Israel is the only country
condemned by name this year at the World Health Organization annul assembly as
a “violator” of health rights. The
canard takes place despite the fact that Israel provides world-class medical
assistance to Syrians wounded in the
country’s civil war, and Palestinians living in Hama-ruled Gaza, and has
achieve one of the world’s highest life-expectancy rates for all its citizens. This includes Jews as well as Arab’s in the
land of Israel.
Point
Eight: Israel is the only country that’s
the daily target of three UN bodies established and staffed solely for the
purpose of advancing the Palestinian cause and bashing Israel – the Committee
on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People; the
Special Committee to Investigate Israeli Practices Affecting the Human rights
of the Palestinian People; and the Division for Palestinian Tights in the UN’s
Department of Political Affairs.
Point
Nine: Israel is the only country
annually targeted by up to 20 UN General Assembly resolutions and countless
measures in other UN Bodies, such as the Human rights Council. Do you think it is astonishing that Israel is
annually on the receiving end of no less than 192 resolutions for crimes they
have alleged to have committed. Keep in
mind that Iran is the chair and Argentina on deck. Is that not a message it itself? Also keep in mind these committees are filled
with Arabs and sympathizers with the Arab cause, like those who are pouring
into the Middle East to hook up with the ISIS killing machine.
Point
Ten: Israel is the only country
targeted by the BDS (Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions) movement. Have you seen any significant campus activity
that takes aim at true human rights offenders, including some in Israel’s
neighborhood, who behead, forcibly convert, and expel Christians; drop chemically-laced
bombs on civilians; deny Palestinians full rights, and use capital punishment,
including for minors with abandon?
It angers me
when I see the “apple of God’s eye” being singled out for harassment on the
guise they are ‘occupiers’ and referred to as apartheid. But its addends my heart when I see churches
also buying into Satan’s deceptive trap by promoting the BDS movement. I also fear for the many people in our
nations that have also followed the’ cow that jumped over the moon’ mentally
that is popular with today’s media.
I close this
epistle with two Scriptures that God gave to His children to keep them on the
right track, even in this day when deception is far more common than truth,
especially pertaining to the Body of Christ and His beloved Israel. Pertaining to the deception that Israel is an
occupier, note that Isaiah wrote “Then
it will happen on that day that the Lord will again recover the second time
with His hand the remnant of His people who will remain, from Assyria, Egypt,
Pathros, Cush, Elam, Shinar, Hamath, and from the islands of the sea. And he will lift up His standard for the
nations, and will assemble the banished ones of Israel, and they will gather
the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth” (Isaiah
11:11-12).
The second
from Jeremiah “Then I Myself shall
gather the remnant of My flock out of all the countries where I have driven
them and shall bring them back to their pasture” (Jer. 23:3).
Soooo, my
friends, would you say the world has chosen to follow the lead of one Lucifer,
the fallen angel, and why? If there is
no Israel, there will be no Mount of Olives for Jesus to set His feet upon, and
no Gate Beautiful for Him to walk through.
Satan has tried everything else and failed and in the back of his mind
he knows he will fail at this- for he is a defeated foe and waiting for his day
of reckoning. But, while waiting he want to cause as much chaos, confusion and
killing as he can.
Satan knows he is going to spend eternity in
the Lake of Fire and wants as many homosapiens to be there and share his agony
with him. But it does not have to be
that way! Jesus said, “When all these
things happen, look up for your redemptions is drawing near.” Can you say thank you Lord for that?
