The world’s first lesbian bishop of a mainstream Christian denomination has put forth a call for one of the county’s seaport churches to remove its crosses, s0 as to make it less offensive to Muslims.  Her plan calls for removing crosses and other Christian symbols, while setting up a prayer room inside the church that marks the direction of Mecca.   Hainley comment:  “We ain’t seen nuttin yet!”  II Cor. 6:9-11.

The War of Gog/Magog:  The Growing Russia/China Alliance

Russia and China have long embraced communistic and socialist agendas. Adopting a UN resolution makes very little sense, if both sides have not come to any type of agreement…unless the US is willing to put its political weight behind such a move.  This could involve cutting aid to Israel or even allowing certain types of sanctions (European nations are currently pushing for sanctions- like labeling of products made in the West Bank).,  At the moment there is  not enough political capital for Obama to risk moving forward with such actions.  However, one misstep by Israel may give Obama the opening he needs to change the face of US-Israeli relations forever.  Hainley Comment:  If he does this, you best button down the hatches for God will not stand by and let this nations kick sand in God’s face any longer. 

Where is the US in Prophecy?  The Trans-Pacific Partnership” Doorway To a One world Economic System - Joel 3:2; Zech. 14:2

We have just witnessed one of the most significant steps, toward a one- world economic system, that we have ever seen.  Negotiations for the Trans-Pacific Partnership have been completed, and, if approved, will create the largest trading bloc on the planet.  But this is not just a trade agreement.  Barack Hussein Obama has thrown in all sorts of things, in this treaty, that he never would have been able to get through Congress otherwise.  Hainley Comment:  I wonder if Barack Hussein Obama is bucking for the kingship of the United Nations, when the stench of his administration is finally removed from the People’s House.

Where is the US in Bible Prophecy?  Chinese Naval Build-Up – Direct Threat to US Power

‘China is building its naval forces for eventual global power projection’…the Office Of naval Intelligence is now suggesting, as others have already,  that China could soon be projecting naval power in the same manner as the U.S. Navy…the Washington policy community has not yet started to understand, much less respond to this level of strategic challenge.’   Hainley comment:  Is there a greater sin than when one knows they are sinning and not do something about it?  We may think the oceans will protect us but I suspect one day soon we will find out that is pure BUNK!  Rev. 9:31; 16:12 . Rise of Islam:  No Escaping Sharia – Muslim Vs. Christian Refugees

One would think that having escaped from almost certain death and persecution, all refugees fleeing to Western nations and capitals would finally be safe.  Not so: according to recent reports, refugees are routinely lumped together in shelters and camps, irrespective of their religious affiliations and faiths.  Not surprisingly, the Christian refugee minority is finding increasing persecution from the Muslim majority, just like back home.  Hainley Comment:  As I learn more about the moral code of the Muslim Faith, I wonder why the woman folks are not in open rebellion against this sadistic, so called form of religion.  CNN says by 2020 30 million more Chinese men will reach adulthood and enter China mating market than women.

But First The Apostasy Must Come

“Let no one deceive you in any way, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself above every so called god or object of worship so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being god” (2 Thess. 2:3-4).

“Know this first of all, that in the Last Days mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming?  For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all continues just as it was from the beginning of creation” (2 Peter 3:3-4).

Hey Gang:  I believe I could write five or more blogs every day and not cover what is happening, prophetically, in our world. The tragedy, related to that, is most of the people in our nation do not have a clue what is really happening all around us.   I watched a few minutes of the game between Michigan State and Oregon and as they panned the stands totally filled with screaming fans, I wondered how many vacant seats would there be, in the eighty plus thousand, if Jesus came and removed His children.

In a recent Barna Group study it was learned that 84 percent pf the inhabitants of this nation say they believe in the deity of Jesus Christ and 45 percent claim to be born -again Christians but other such studies would reduce that number to 23 percent.  I have seen estimates as low as 7 percent.

Seventy-seven percent believe their chances of going to heaven are excellent.  Thirty-three percent believe one day everyone will go to heaven, and that hell and the Lake of Fire are mere warning to keep God’s creation on the straight and narrow.   Yet, America has the highest percentage of single-parent families in the industrialized world, the highest abortion rate, the highest rate of sexually transmitted diseases, the highest rate of teenage birth by far, the highest rate of teenage drug us and the largest prison population per capita than any county in the world.

Add to this that in the past 50 to 60 years the divorce rate has doubled, teen suicide has tripled, reported violent crime has quadrupled, the prison population has quintupled, the percentage of babies born out of wedlock has risen six fold, couples living together out of wedlock have increased sevenfold, and gay marriage is now man’s law in the land in America.

Add to this- in this past generation we have experienced an overwhelming increase in lawlessness, permissiveness and selfishness, even among Christians.  Moral actions that were considered unthinkable a few decades ago are now commonplace – Christian leaders indulging in sexual sin and grossly immoral scandals, addicted to pornography and accompanied by an exploding divorce rate that has greatly factored in the rapid decrease of morals in the American church.

Tragically, as the church goes, so goes the world.  In fact, the results of a survey among young American adults showed that the percentage who follow biblically-based values for living has now dropped from 65 percent to a mere 4 percent since World War II.

Tragically, there has never been a society in the history of mankind whose moral values have deteriorated so dramatically, in such a short period of time, as those of American in the last 50 years and it shows no sign of slowing down. 

One does not have to be a brain surgeon or rocket scientist to see that something is terribly wrong with our brand of Christianity.  When we are willing to look at truth and honestly evaluate, we find the church has done a lousy job of communicating the true Gospel to mainstream American, opening the door for Satan to move in with his favorite tool- deception.

Soooo, as per usual I got to the bottom of the page too rapidly and must release you to the responsibilities of this day but, before shutting down whatever device you are using to read this, let me let me make one last point, without wisdom we are subject to the wiles of the devil! AND the only place we can get wisdom is from the Lord: “The beginning of wisdom is the fear or awe of the Lord” (Prov. 9:10).

Our departure from the preaching of the cross, repentance, holiness, and the empowering grace of God has increased the level of deception in the church.  But what is the root of deception?  In one word – humanism.  We have bought into the lie that we can be like God.  In one words humanism has become so much a part of the modern day church that we have diluted the power of the real Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Something to ponder this day.

Surely My Ears Are Fooling Me!

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge (wisdom), Because you have rejected knowledge (wisdom). I will also reject you from being My priest, Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I will also will forget your children” (Hosea 4:6).  

  ‘The Lord is slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love, forgiving iniquity and transgression, but he will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, to the third and the fourth generation.” (Numbers 14:18).

Hey Gang:  I may be a hillbilly kid from the mountains of Pennsylvania, not to well-educated and very limited in many ways but I know precisely that, if someone or someones threatened to beat me to death with a baseball bat, I would not purchase or give them the money and direct them to the place where they can buy the most powerful bats.

I have collected some of the spewed threats that have come forth from the leadership of Iran in the past several months pertaining to the U.S. and their intentions as follows: “Today, the time for the fall of the satanic power of the United States has come, and the count down to the annihilation of the emperor of power and wealth has started” (Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, June 2, 2008).

“Let the entire world hear me.  Our hostility to the Great Satan (America) is absolute….I conclude my speech with the slogan that will continue to reverberate on all occasions so that nobody will think that we have weakened.  Regardless of how the world has changed after 11 September, Death to America will remain our reverberating and powerful slogan, Death to America.” (Hezbollah leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah, September 27, 2002).

Referring to the nuclear issue “Even after this deal with the P5+1, our policy towards the arrogant U.S. will not change” (Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, July 18, 2015).

They have also made similar, even more threatening threats against the “apple of God’s eye, the Land of Canaan”: “It is the mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran to erase Israel from the map of the region” (Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, January 2001).

“I must announce that the Zionist regime (Israel) with a 60 year record of genocide is a rotten dried tree that will be eliminated by one storm… (Because) its existence has harmed the dignity of Islamic nations” (Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, April 14, 2006).

“If they (Jews) all gather in Israel, it will save us the trouble of going after them worldwide.”  (Hezbollah leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah, Oct. 23, 2002).

They make no bones about it, when they get the bomb they will use it on Israel and the United States.  We are presently in the final stages of approving or disapproving the agreement that will give power to the Iranians to build the bomb within eight to ten years.  But there is a problem: the Iranians have not honored a covenant in their existence and it is felt by their neighbors they will certainly not keep this one.  Their true goal is to get their paws on the monies that are held in escrow so as to continue to build their empire in the Middle East.

There is much more that needs to be said about this issue, but we will leave it for another day.

I close this epistle by drawing your attention to Zechariah’s words: “Now this will be the plague with which the Lord will strike all the peoples who have gone to war against Jerusalem; their flesh will rot while they stand on their feet and their eyes will rot in their sockets” (Zech 14:12).

My aunt, an Army nurse, stationed in the South Pacific during the war, was ordered, with her Nurse Corp, to Hiroshima after the truce was signed. They were to provide medical services to the Japanese who survived the first Atomic Bomb.  She said, as she began to see the people lined up for the clinic, she remembered this Scripture, for it was a perfect description of what they were dealing with.  The skin had literally melted off the bones of the people!  

But even in these dark hours when all that can be shaken is being shaken, there is good news.  Are you now ecstatic that in this time of such perilous times God gave us the Good News of His Word?  Ezekiel wrote the following words of assurance for this very day: “The Lord said, “It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for My holy name, which once profaned among the nations where you went.  I will indicate the holiness of My great name which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst.  Then the nations will know that I am the Lord, declares the Lord God, when I prove Myself holy among you in their sight” (Ezek.36:2b-23).    

And the promise for today: “I, have spoken and I will do it”, so says the Lord of glory” and you can take it to the bank! (v. 36).

Russia’s Pravda News Service wrote that the U.N. Security Council is expected to vote on a U.N. resolution to establish a Palestinian state in September.  France is already working on a proposal to give formal U.N. Security Council recognition to the Palestinians.

Friday, Sept. 4: Saudi Arabia’s King Salman will meet with President Barack Obama at the White House. White House spokesman Josh Earnest told reporters traveling on Air Force. The two leaders will discuss Yemen, Syria and steps to counter Iran’s destabilizing activities in the region.

Wednesday, Sept. 9: Breaking Israel News: A re-established and self-declared Israeli Sanhedrinis calling U.S. President Barack Obama to trial for what it says are “criminal offenses” against the Jewish people following the passage of the Iran nuclear deal. The modern-day Jewish high court, made up of 71 Judaic scholars and rabbis, plans to bring the American president to trial on Mount Zion on Sept. 9, 2015, four days before Rosh Hashanah, the beginning of heavenly judgment days for the Jewish nation.

Wednesday, Sept. 9: AIPAC (American Jewish Council) is having a fly-in of over 600 activists to visit members of Congress in an effort to drum up last-minute support to call for members of the Senate and House to vote against President Obama’s Iran deal.

Wednesday, Sept. 9, or Thursday, Sept. 10: Congress is expected to vote on Obama’s Iran deal. Obama says he will veto any rejection. It would then go back to Congress and require a two-thirds vote of both the Senate and the House to override Obama’s veto. It is possible that the final vote could take place on Friday, Sept. 11, before the Rosh Hashanah holiday.

Saturday, Sept. 12: Breaking Israel News: Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky, a leading authority in mainstream ultra-orthodox Judaism, has been giving clear and unequivocal messages recently that the coming of the Messiah is imminent. He is urging Jews to make aliyah as soon as possible. Aliyah, the Hebrew verb for “going up,” refers to immigrating to Israel, which is seen as higher spiritual action that can help usher in the coming of the Messiah.

He is expected to discuss his climate change encyclical and speak on the Vatican’s support of a Palestinian state, persecution in the Middle East, the plight of those in poverty, inequality and more. He attends a multi-religious service at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, World Trade Center, at 11:30 am.

Friday, Sept. 25 to Sunday, Sept. 27: The United Nations summit for the adoption of the post-2015 development agenda will be held in New York City and convened as a high-level plenary meeting of the U.N. General Assembly. (This may not be what it seems to be).

Monday, Sept. 28: This first day of Sukkoth. (The Biblical Feast of Tabernacles) will see a super blood-red moon over Jerusalem and the Middle East. This will be the fourth consecutive blood moon during Biblical Feasts in the past two years. The first was on the first day of Passover 2014, the second on the first day of Sukkoth in 2015, the third on the first day of Passover 2015, and this will be the final one in this tetrad.

Monday, Sept. 28: The U.N. General Assembly begins its annual debate through Oct. 3. One of the main subjects usually is the Israeli-Palestinian peace process. The Arab countries use this as a time to bash Israel publicly. It is also a time where the leaders of Israel have recently pointed out dangers posed by Iran.

9 1 1: An Emergency Recall to Pray for Jerusalem - A message from Anne Graham Lotz

August 25, 2015  (We received this Sept 1) Less than one week ago, on August 19th, I said good-bye to my husband of almost forty-nine years. At that moment, the only thing that truly mattered was the decision he made as a five year old boy in vacation Bible school to trust Jesus as his Savior. Dear Friend,

In this letter I greet you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ who is the virgin-born, crucified, resurrected, ascended, enthroned-at-His-Father’s–right-hand, coming-again King; all-powerful, all-knowing Creator of the universe; and Sovereign Lord over all things, whose existence is without beginning and without ends.

I opened this letter to you the way I did to give balance to the insane, wicked, evil, satanic world in which we live.  Things have gotten so bad and so out of control that sometimes we may wonder if anyone can rally straighten things out and bring order out of chaos, righteousness out of wickedness, and beauty out of corruption.  Tragically, our beloved country has in recent years progressively joined the parade of wicked nations.  To suggest, as some do, that we still are not as bad as other nations, gives artificial comfort.  America threw prayer out of public schools, killed an estimated 60 million unborn children, has increasingly legalized drugs, approved same-sex marriage and tossed Israel – on of our closest allies and chosen vessel of God – under the bus.  America was blessed beyond any other nation in history except Israel because it was, from its earliest days, largely influenced by the Judeo-Christian culture, but we have not-so-subtly flung our heritage to the wind.

     Our White House is evil and corrupt.

     Our Congress is weak and corrupt.

     The Supreme Court should chisel away the engraving above the main entrance which houses it; the engraving which reads “Equal Justice Under Law” should be replaced with “Personal Politics Rule the Day”.

Perhaps the White House has a few people left who serve with moral integrity, but they wield little influence.

In Congress, we still have some members who serve with honor and integrity, but there are not enough members to override a presidential veto.

In the Supreme Court here are a few who vote for that which is lawful, however, they cannot overcome those who cast their votes based on their political ideology and care little of the Constitution; the law plays second fiddle to such members of the Court.

These words deeply hurt me.  I love my country.  The truth above is not stated as political words, hateful words, but of spiritual words.  Lying, cheating, and perverting are biblical and spiritual concepts.

In the atmosphere in which we in America now find ourselves, it is easy to despair.  However, that would be a fatal mistake, playing right into Satan’s hands.  We have reasons to be sad, but we have no basis upon which to despair.  That is why I wrote the first paragraph of this letter.  It is our Savior and Captain who will soon grasp absolute, glorious and stunning victory out of the hands of Satan, Antichrist, false prophets, demons, and all who oppose our God who sits on the throne of heaven and rules over the earth.  However, before that occurs, I believe our country will be taken to the woodshed because of its sinfulness and betrayal of Israel.  It may begin shortly with the nosedive of our economy.  That may be the catalyst of shortages and lawlessness.  What should those who were made righteous in Christ do when such things develop?

                Frist. We should not panic.

                Second, we should settle it now that our real strength will come from trust in the Lord.

                Third, we should be prudent.  Don’t acquire unnecessary debt, make our home a military fortress and storehouse of food.  Modest preparation is wise.  Excess is inappropriate.  We must choose to trust I the Lord and not in ourselves.

                Fourth, with renewed – or for some, first time – courage, we should actually become part of the Great 

Commission to share our faith with a lost and dying world as time is running out.  We must not hide our faith in Christ under a bushel.

Fifth, obey the divine command to pray for the peace of Jerusalem.  It is one of only two commands in the Bible which extend a promise to those who do so.  The promise with regard to praying for Israel is, “They shall prosper that love thee” (Psalm 122:6).  The second command is “Honor thy father and they mother.” The promise is, “That thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee” (Exodus 20:12; Ephesians 6:2).

In Israel in ancient days there were three sources of water. The first source was water which came from a well.  That is why Abraham and his descendants who lived by the desert were said in God’s Word to have digged “wells” (Genesis 21:29; 36:18).  The second source of water came from cisterns.  “Cisterns” were deep and wide holes chiseled into the hard rock and then sealed with a substance to keep the once-or-twice a year rainwater (directed by channels into the cistern) from running out.  The third source of water was in God’s Word called living water.  The term “living water” was a reference to bodies of water that moved.  The problem with wells was they often ran dry.  With cisterns, the water did not leak out but the problem was that after time it spoiled and was undrinkable.  Living water refers to sources of water like the large springs at Ein Gedi near the Dead Seas; and the three tributaries at the foot of Mount Hermon which form the Jordan River an never run dry.

The final of the seven feasts which God gave to Israel is the Feast of Tabernacles.  The Feast of Tabernacles  occurs in the early fall of the year and is all about water.  Normally, there is no rain in Israel for about five months, beginning in April and lasting into mid-September.  If God did not provide rain beginning in early fall, there would be famine in the spring.

Each year on the last today of the Feast of Tabernacles the High Priest, with pitcher in hand – priests behind him, and thousands of worshippers behind them – would lead a processional starting at the Temple on Mount Moriah.  He would make his way to the Gihon Sprints to fill the pitcher with water and make his way back to the Temple through the Water Gate.  Once there, the High Priest would pour out the water, and then lead the nation in prayer for the early rains.  It was on one of those awesome and spec tabular occasions, with tens of thousands of worshippers on the Temple Mount, that Jesus stood up in a conspicuous place and with a loud voice cried out the multitudes.  This is what He cried: “If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink…out of his (innermost being) shall flow rives of living water” (John 7:37-38).

In the coming difficult days – and they surely are coming – the one thing every believer should commit to do with their whole being is point to Jesus and cry out, “If anyone thirst, come to faith in Christ, for He alone is the source of living water which will never run dry and will eternally satisfy.”

Plan of Salvation: Go!!! And as you go, make Disciples…..

 "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. (Matt 28:`19-29).

Hey Gang: Hebrews 12:26b-29 says, “Everything that can be shaken will be shaken.” I believe that is   happening and have felt a growing urge to challenge you to share the Gospel and help equip you to lead others to Jesus. Our task is to" equip the saints for the work of service to the building up of the body of Christ".  *Ephesians 4:12)   Oh, but that is only for pastors, teachers and evangelist, right?  Not in your sweet bippy". 

Jesus shot that stinking thinking down when He said, "Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, you did it unto Me".  (Matt. 25:40).  Did what? "For I was hungry and you fed Me, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you took me in, naked and you clothed me, sick and you visited Me, in prison and you came to Me!" (Matt. 25:35-36). 

Soooo, I got into the archives and recovered the following teaching that was the back bone of our workshops with the Village boys, staff and families and most workshops that we conducted.  We learned that we placed the materials in their hands and referred to them often, they began to sink in.

 But I also have another motive for sending it along.  I am positive that everyone of you know of or, come in contact with someone who is in great danger that they will spend eternity in the Lake of Fire.  When I read of what awaits those who "have chosen to go their own way" even an enemy, my heart cries out, "Jesus stands at the door of your heart waiting to bring salvation into your life.” 

Soooo, my friends He, Yeshua, did say "Go" and as you go, "I will be with you always, even until the end of the this age”  -which I happen to think is just around the corner.

Plan of Salvation

A.  We need a Savior

      1.  Because we are sinners - Romans 3:10, 12,23

Romans 3:10  "As it is written, There is none righteous, not even one";  verse 12 "All have turned aside, together they have become useless; there is none who does good; there is not even one."  "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (verse 23)

     2.  Because of the consequences of sin - Romans 6:23; John 1:15

Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord".

James 1:15 "Then when lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and when sin is accomplished, it brings forth death".

     3.  Because you cannot save yourself - Ephesians 2:8-9

Ephesians 21:8-9 "For by grace you have been saved, through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is a gift of God; not as the result of works, so that no one may boast."

B.  We have a divine Savior - John 20:31; Acts 4:12

John 20:31 "But these have been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you may have life in His name."

Acts 4:12 "And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved."

C.  Conditions of Salvation - John 3:16; Acts 16:31

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life".

Acts 16:31  "They said, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household"

D.  Steps to Salvation

     1.  Come to Christ - John 6:37; Matthew 11:28

John 6:37 "And the Father who sent Me, He has testified of Me, You have neither heart His voice at any time nor seen His form".

Matthew 11:28 "Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul, but rather fear Him  who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."

     2.  Repent - Luke 13:3; I John 1:8

Luke 13:3 "I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish."

I John 1:8 "If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us."

     3.  Receive Christ - John 1:12-13

John 1:12-13 "But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of god, even to those who believe in His name. who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God."

     4.  Believe - John 6:47

John 6:47 "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes has eternal life".

    5.  Confess - Romans 10:9-10; Matthew 10:28-29; I John 1:9

Romans 10:9-10 "That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation."

 Matthew 10:28-29 "Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul, but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.  And not two sparrows sold for a cent?  And yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father."

E.  Assurance of Salvation - John 5:24

John 5:24 "Truly, truly. I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life."

F.  Kept safe by His power - John 10:28-29, Jude 24

John 10:28-29 "And I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of My hand.  My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand.  I and the Father are one!"

Jude 24 "Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy".

     1.  Deliverance - I Corinthians 10:13; James 1:12

1 Corinthians 10:13 "No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also; so that you will be able to endure it."

James 1:12 "Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been approved he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him."

     2.  Strength - II Corinthians 12:9

" II Corinthians 12:9 And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness."  Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me."

     3.  Comfort - I Peter 5:7

I Peter 5:7 "Be of sober spirit, be on the alert.  Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour."

     4.  Meets every need - Philippians 4:16

Philippians 4:16 "For even in Thessalonica you sent a gift more than once for my heeds".

G.  Guidance in life - John 14:16/18; Mark 11:22-24

John 14:15/18 "If you love Me, you will keep My commandments." I will not leave you as orphans; I will  come to you".

Mark 11:22-24 "And Jesus answered saying to them, 'Have faith in God.  Truly I say to you, whosoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him.  Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them. and they will be granted you".

H.  Reward with eternal life - John 3:36; Matthew 25; I Corinthians 2:9

John 3:36 "He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the son will not see life; but the wrath of God abides on him."

Matthew 25 Parable of the Ten virgins, Parable of the Talents; The Judgment

I Corinthians 2:9 "but it is written, 'Things which eye has not seen and ear has heard.  And which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him".   s

Soooo, my friends and neighbors,  I pray you have invested the time to get to this point in this epistle.  I am a slow reader and I checked out the time it takes for me to read the entire plan of Salvation and if I don't get side tracked, which I usually do, it takes me less than ten minutes.  Keep in mind that Jesus said the needs are many and the harvest few because those willing to share the Good News are few.
